WE CHARGE A $50 BOOKING FEE AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING, THIS WILL GO TOWARDS DAY OF TREATMENT. 

Smart Graft/Liposuction: Cancellation must be 2 weeks in advance, or will forfeit FULL deposit. 

No Show day of, lose ALL money applied to surgery. 

Spa: Less than 48 hour cancellation fee $50 we will charge your card on file. 

Student Teaching Environment, a $100 non refundable deposit is required to book. Exceptions could be made, if so, then the deposit is held for future appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUE.
