Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Plasma is the liquid part of your blood that’s mostly made of water and protein. It lets red and white blood cells and platelets move through your bloodstream. Platelets are a type of blood cell that makes your blood clot. They also play a role in healing. Doctors may use platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on injuries or damage to tendons, ligaments, muscles, joints, and skin. At Mansfield Aesthetics we use Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for BETTER HAIR, HEALTHY SKIN, and improvement of SEXUAL FUNCTION. Mansfield Aesthetics is 'Vampire" certified, and works closely with the staff from Dr. Runels. We use Eclipse eVive with our P-Shots to help stimulate blood flood and help with Peyronie's Disease. The eVive uses Pulse Wave Therapy to create a therapeutic effect through the target tissue. Patients experience relief from muscle aches and pains without any downtime and minimal risk. The eVive gently massages the targeted tissue to reduce tension and discomfort in affected areas.
Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) and EZGEL
The use of Blood Concentrates is becoming more and more popular in medical Aesthetics. PDO Threads
A beautiful and healthy face has a "V-shape". With the aging of tissues and the action of gravity, this "V-shape" gets lost. With PDO Threads, temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible "lift" in the skin by creating a scaffolding that supports the tissues and keep them in the "V-shape". This has the effect of pulling the skin back slightly, lifting and tightening the face. PDO Threads are inserted into the skin and can instantly tighten and lift problem areas with volume loss like the cheeks, jowls, lips and neck, while stimulating the body to build collagen in the area where the sutures are placed. EUROTHREADS- EuroThreads are resorbable surgical sutures composed of biodegradable polymers. The treatment is minimally invasive and produces instant results. Polydioxanone (PDO) sutures are used for biomedical applications, particularly in cardiothoracic surgery because it is fully absorbed by hydrolysis within 4 to 6 months and doesn’t create any scar tissue. The foreign body stimulates collagen synthesis and the skin structure created will hold for 12 to 15 months.
